Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北護理健康大學 === 健康事業管理研究所 === 102 === Taiwan since 1995 to implement national health insurance system, the dentist also implemented the health care global budget system from 1998 to pursue the medical universalization, but still many studies have found that even the implementation of the national health insurance system and the health care global budget system , the dentist medical resources is still showing the status of the uneven distribution and medical resources are still concentrated in densely populated areas . In this study, data envelopment analysis and Malmquist productivity index analysis, discussed between 2004-2008 , the dentist allocation of medical resources in Taiwan is a difference. The study found that , the efficiency of computing resources in the medical area of dental health value between 2004 and 2008 using data envelopment analysis, only Chiayi County is a relatively efficient medical area ( efficiency value equal to 1 ) , the relative efficiency value of all other counties less than 1, and the value of the relative efficiency of the three health regions are poor compared to Taipei , Chiayi City and Lianjiang County . Then Malmquist Productivity Index analysis , in 2008 compared to 2004 productivity growth trend in the medical area belonging to Keelung , New Taipei City , Taoyuan County, Hsinchu City , Hsinchu County , Miaoli County , Taichung and Changhua County . The factors that influence the allocation of medical resources , the population density and the average household disposable income and efficiency values is positive.
