碩士 === 國立臺北護理健康大學 === 旅遊健康研究所 === 102 === The prevalence rate of the End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) in Taiwan is the top 1 ranking around the world. ESRD is not only a huge burden of health care spending, but also great social issues. Based on health insurance data, 74,135 dialysis patients need regular treatment.Dialysis patients have same right to travel, if there are appropriate plan. Through the travel, it will meet their travel need, adjust their mind and body to promote health. The purpose of the study is to understand hemodialysis patients ‘travel constraint and need in order to construct travel health resource platform. Using structured questionnaire, two hundred and two effective questionnaire were returned. The statistical analysis methods including descriptive statistic and Four-dimensional quadrant to find out travel constraint and travel need.The result shows that the highest travel constraint is Intrapersonal constraints, Interpersonal and contracture are followed, it reveals its states, attitude and lack of companion are the main constraint. In travel need, service is primary consideration. According to Four-dimensional quadrant analysis finds that there are 10 items are high travel need and constraint, "sphygmomanometer", "blood glucose meter", "first aid kit", "help bell", "barrier-free toilets", "barrier-free ramps", "barrier-free lift." "Spacious environment", " emergency medical systems", " diet for hemodialysis patients. Base on the results, constructing a travel health resource platform for hemodialysis patients. The high travel needs and constraints will be built primary on platform in order to construct a friendly environment for hemodialysis patients.
