The metaphor of the disease from the patient which can be described more circumstantial, the more chances the patient can accept the therapy. The Adjusting Period: There are 3 steps, destroy, attempt and readjust self-positioning. Among them positive transformation could be helpful on adjusting depression. Meanwhile, it’s a flexible, indirect process.
