In the face of Taiwan's social structure transformation,we must respond to changes in the external environment, to make part or whole adjustments of the organization. During the fermentation of organizational change,vocational high school staff’s attitude and their physical and psychological changes are worth exploring. This study research subjects were public and private vocational high school staff in Taipei. The results also put forward some recommendations for the future organization of school change reference. In this study, data analysis was analyzed by SPSS for Windows 20.0 software package. Through descriptive statistical analysis, validity analysis, reliability analysis, chi-square analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis. The results showed that the respondents appear four factors varying degrees of loss experience on physic, psychological, social and meaning after organizational changes. After organizational change, school property and school scale exist significant differences in the implementation of organizational changes. Organizational restructuring was significantly related to the staff’s loss experience. And the staff’s loss experience has related with personal coping. The results also put forward some recommendations for the future organization of school change reference.
