The study is conducted by collecting 350 valid questionnaires from both full-time and part-time employees. The study resulted in the following conclusions. 1.Transformational Leadership has a positive correlation to Organizational Learning, Organizational Commitment and Interpersonal Trust. 2.Organizational Learning has a positive correlation to Job Satisfaction. 3.Organizational Commitment has a positive correlation to Job Satisfaction. 4.Interpersonal Trust has a positive correlation to Job Satisfaction.
