Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北商業技術學院 === 國際商務系碩士班 === 102 === The study focuses on Transformational Leadership, Organizational Learning, Organizational Commitment, and Interpersonal Trust based on Job Satisfaction, differentiated by several dimensions: the effect of Transformational Leadership to employee’s Organizational Learning; the relationship between Organizational Commitment and Interpersonal Trust; and the relationship among Organization Learning, Organizational Commitment and Interpersonal Trust in terms of employee’s Job Satisfaction. The study is conducted by collecting 350 valid questionnaires from both full-time and part-time employees.
The study resulted in the following conclusions.
1.Transformational Leadership has a positive correlation to Organizational Learning, Organizational Commitment and Interpersonal Trust.
2.Organizational Learning has a positive correlation to Job Satisfaction.
3.Organizational Commitment has a positive correlation to Job Satisfaction.
4.Interpersonal Trust has a positive correlation to Job Satisfaction.
