Banks target the oversea market such as Mainland China, Vietnam, Thailand, and Myanmar. It is imperative to explore the entrepreneurial orientation to innovation capability effect. There are five dimensions of the entrepreneurial orientation including the employee autonomy, innovativeness intention, risk taking, proactiveness, and competitive aggressiveness. There are four dimension of the innovation capability including product, service, process, and marketing. The causal relationship model is structured by the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on innovation capability. This study based on the data from the Taiwanese commercial banks and apply the factor analysis and multi-regression to verify the effect of the entrepreneurial orientation on innovation capability. This study provide the directions to bank managers to strengthen the entrepreneurial orientation to promote the specific innovation capability.
