The industry from the personal studio for doing general household sanitary equipment, water heater installation, water tower cleaning, to contract the use of large-scale commercial building public works projects, residential buildings, office buildings, factories, etc. to provide comprehensive services for its mechanical and electrical fire companies, in this category. Whether there is sufficient water and electricity contractor performance capabilities stake project quality and completion schedule, thereby affecting the overall operation of the building completed in service quality, so hydropower engineering plays an important and indispensable role in the overall construction industry. Implementation of the relevant facilities engineering can be divided into three stages, such as planning, design and construction, the overall quality is good or bad with this project in three phases are closely related. As the majority of businesses are small and medium hydropower project-based, small-scale, barriers to entry are not high, many competitors within the industry, the situation can not help but also the emergence of price competition, low-cost results often affect the quality of construction quality engineering and procurement of materials, extending the risk is relatively increased. Case Established nearly three decades in the midst of restructuring the occasion to grow, so this research by participating in the design process of the actual construction and construction quality auditing, supplemented by the relevant secondary data relevant literature, handouts and regulations as a reference for cases enterprises SWOT and five Forces Analysis. Project construction quality requirements work out case studies and JY JY Company''s customers referred by the induction of this study can be found in hydropower engineering companies in the contract to build all kinds of cases, required a lot of consideration, just a conduit wiring as many as dozens of auditing standards. After the aggregated results such as the extent of the pipeline close together, and the extent to which the design, management and other engineering materials for several major projects through, will be as soon after the fire engineering firms related to internal personnel management and procurement strategies to assess the quality and construction of reference ; and make relevant recommendations for improvement and strengthening of programs for the future development of the company, to assist the company in the future and hopes to play better in order to continue to grow its competitive advantage.
