Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 海洋環境及工程學系研究所 === 102 === In this study, the use of outdoor cultivation system for algae strains performance comparison, the results confirm that at the same environmental conditions, the growth rate of Scenedesmus obliquus CNW-N train is better than the other two species. Thus, the Scenedesmus obliquus CNW-N was chosen as the only candidate for testing the wastewater aquaculture experiments. From agricultural point of view, wastewater contains a verity of nutrient which is necessary for plants growing. In order to identify the best formula added in wastewater, this study includes two phase experiments. Firstly, the growth rate testing of the wastewater adding commercial agricultural fertilizer (adding amount 1g/L) comparing with DM formula. The results indicated that the growth rate of the DM was 117.5 mg/L/day better than wastewater adding commercially available agricultural fertilizer whose growth rate was 95.0 mg/L/day. To improve the growth rate of the case of wastewater adding fertilizer, a nutrient content analysis of commercial agricultural fertilizer has been carried out to compare the same amount of DM recipe. It found that when the fertilizer dosage 0.5083g/L, it will generate the same amount of nitrogen, but phosphorus, potassium, and magnesium are insufficient and must be supplied through other supplement source. Based on this equal nutrient condition, the second experiment was conducted and found that the average growth rate of the set of DM formula was 88.33 mg/L/day, while the set of wastewater + fertilizer + extra-nutrient-supplement was 89.17 mg/L/day. This results confirmed that the growth rate of the latter is slightly better that the former, but the price is considerably cheaper, and is recommended for the large-scale farming system.
