This research dedicates to explore what did the four interns learn, how did they learn, and how did they be influenced by the learning in their life of internship. By communicating the stories of the four interns with the viewpoint of Communities of Practice and Entrepreneuring Theory, researcher tries to figure out how did the four interns learn and make use of acquisition by the way of practice in this program. Furthermore, researcher deeply explore their internship experiences. Following are the findings of this research: 1. The intern suddenly realized and gained the knowledge through boundary-encounter what he/she learned before having internship with what he/she learned in practical circle, then knew his/her ability is not available in practical circle. 2. The intern has multimembership in his/her own life. It is necessary to reconcile one identity to maintain in the community of internship. After the work of reconciliation, the intern would know “who I am”, and spontaneously performs Accountability. 3. Before participating the internship or doing project, the intern would receive some messages about this program or project which is meaningful to him/her. He /She would take it as commitment then construct imagination. Different identities would come from encounter imagination with reality. 4. The intern could get what he/she aspect to acquire through the way of individual practice in internship experience. However, “know new me”, the greatest contribution to the intern, only came from group practice. Dun-Hou Tsai Yu-Chung Liu 蔡敦浩 劉育忠 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 115 zh-TW
