2. The intern has multimembership in his/her own life. It is necessary to reconcile one identity to maintain in the community of internship. After the work of reconciliation, the intern would know “who I am”, and spontaneously performs Accountability.
3. Before participating the internship or doing project, the intern would receive some messages about this program or project which is meaningful to him/her. He /She would take it as commitment then construct imagination. Different identities would come from encounter imagination with reality.
4. The intern could get what he/she aspect to acquire through the way of individual practice in internship experience. However, “know new me”, the greatest contribution to the intern, only came from group practice.
