Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 環境工程與科學系所 === 102 === Biochar can be used to generate energy , but it may release Dioxin-Like compound during the thermal treatment. This study was to investigate the influence of thermal treatment temperature and inflow gas on Dioxin-Like compound properties of biochar. Using thermal treatment in a laboratory scale packed bed reaction system of biochar and the experiment was designed by two temperature(300,500℃) and two inflow gas(nitrogen, air) to simulate the biochar was used as fuel . The concentration in residual phase were 1289.05 and 377.99 pg /g with inflow gas nitrogen and air in 300℃. 111.16 and 80.37 pg /g with inflow gas nitrogen and air in 500℃, and concentration in gas phase were 1904.26 ng/m3、4840.01 ng/m3 . with inflow gas nitrogen and air in 300℃. 701.84 ng/m3、3131.21 ng/m3 . with inflow gas nitrogen and air in 500℃ respectively. The concentration of PCBs in residual phase with inflow gas was nitrogen were 7.74 pg/g and 4.49 pg/g,and concentration in gas phase were 0.123 ng/m3 and 262.20 ng/m3 .The concentration of PCBs in residual phase with inflow gas oxygen were 4.45pg/g and 0.5025pg/g , and the concentration of gas phase were 114.17 ng/m3 and 941.78 ng/m3 . Results show the biochar with inflow gas nitrogen and 500℃ parameter were release higher PCDD/Fs concentration than air,and PCBs with inflow gas oxgey and 500℃ parameter were release higher concentration .
