For this reason, to build a safe and reliable communication apparatus is one of fundamental facility for disaster rescue. Nowadays the communication system is switched from analogy to digital. In this study, the suitable communication system of analogy or digital was investigated by questionnaire from disaster rescue workers. The results showed that the system quality, information quality and service quality have positive affected on satisfactory of communication system by path analysis. The disaster information is clearly understood for user also positive affected on the satisfaction.
