Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 103 === The purpose of this study was aimed at investigating the effect of interval muscular training on basic motor abilities of fourth-grade students. The experimental participants are 30 schoolboys from Kaohsiung Municipal Yuanjhong Elementary School who were divided to tabata tinterval core group (T group, n=10), core muscular group (CM group, n=10), and control group (C group, n=10) by taking purposive sampling. The tabata tinterval core group were received interval muscular training 5 times a week and 4 minutes each time, 8 weeks in total. At the mean time, the core muscular group received muscular training whereas the control group received nothing. Each groups was accepted the test of basic motor abilities before and after the training (Pre-test and Post-test). The research takes two-way Mixed design ANOVA which effected the different groups ( the experimental group and the control group) as independent variables , and the test of basic motor abilities (Pre-test and Post-test) as dependent variable for analyzing the test. The statistical significance level is set at α = 0.5. The result found that the school children‘s grip force (from 17.95 ± 3.63 kg to 22.00 ± 4.38 kg ), sit-ups ( from 24.30 ± 5.03 beats/min to 33.90 ± 6.72 beats/min ), 40 meter sprint ( fromb 8.20 ± 0.99 sec to 7.47 ± 0.73 sec ) , standing long jump ( from 139.00 ± 24.01 cmto 158.00 ± 24.17 cm ), 10 meters times four exhumation ( from 12.74 ± 0.99 sec to 11.36 ± 1.29 sec ), handball throw ( from 13.65 ± 1.32 m to 16.90 ± 2.74 m ) and eyes closed, single-foot station ( from 12.28 ± 10.22 sec to 33.71 ± 23.10 sec ) were reached the level of significant difference (p <.05). According to the conclusion that the intervention of interval muscular training significantly enhance the school children’s basic motor abilities like muscle strength, muscle endurance, muscular power, agility, flexibility, coordination and balance.
