The relation between speaking ability and mind inspiration are well contact. To make the purpose of communicate with each others, speaker has to express their ideas through organizing and thinking, then speak out to convey it. For my thesis, I explored the characteristics in spoken Chinese of beginning level New Immigrant students and designed a conversation course to enhance their speaking ability. The course design will focus on maximizing that advantage that New Immigrants students have in learning Chinese and fit in the environment of Taiwan. The Research was conducted with on-side participant observation, document file analysis, audio, video, interviews of the new immigrant students, learning feedback from data collection and analysis.The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The Chinese conversation course design has to give consideration to all of students needs, the students attract attention to school to learn. 2. The students were major characters in teaching material, they felt involved and important to learn. 3. The new immigrant students learn with Taiwanese and Chinese students can improve the skill of Chinese conversation. 4. In order to tackle the new immigrant students Chinese conversation skill and Chinese key word, teaching of literacy combine the Chinese conversation course strengthen the academic motivation of learning. 5. Integration of multicultural education helped to respect with all the participants. Based on the results, this case study makes some suggestions for educational administrative units, Chinese teachers, and future studies. Abstract
Language is use for express oneself, communicate with others and moreover, to understand each other. The relation between speaking ability and mind inspiration are well contact.
