| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 社會發展學系碩士班 === 102 === The main idea of this study is to find out the relationship between the working pressure and the housework of the civil and teaching staff in Pingtng County.
In order to attain the objective of this study, we adopt the method of questionnaire, in which we consider the civil and teaching staff in Pingtng County as study subjects. We totally obtain 509 valid sample. Then we make use of the statistics package software of SPSS 17.0 for Window to conduct the analysis of the obtained data. Furthermore, we employ such analytical methods as descriptive statistic analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, one-way ANOVA analysis, independent sample, t test, Pearson’s product-moment correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis, etc. to work on the statistics and analysis. Based on the study results, we summarize our conclusions and suggestions as follows:
1.The civil and teaching staff in Pingtng County have working pressure in any kinds of levels, they have higher feeling to pressure by the level of workload and they have lower feeling to pressure by the level of professional knowledge and competency.
2.The civil and teaching staff’s participation of housework in Pingtng County have any kinds of levels, they have higher participation by the perspective of caring family members and they have lower participation by the perspective of cleaning the environment.
3.The variable of the different background to the civil and teaching staff in Pingtng County is no difference on the working pressure of the professional knowledge and competency, inward conflict and communicative negotiation.
4.The participation of housework for the civil and teaching staff who are female, elder and married is obviously higher than that for those who are male, younger and unmarried.
5.The higher workload the civil and teaching staff in Pingtng County have, the higher participation rate of the cleaning environment is.
6.The working pressure of the civil and teaching staff in Pingtng County can explain the household participation efficiently, the workload and communicative negotiation are the biggest affection among them.
