Research tools based on self-editing「Pingtung County elementary school teachers and teaching effectiveness positive discipline Relationship Questionnaire」surveying questionnaire, by stratified sampling questionnaire distributed and obtained 479 valid questionnaires. Using descriptive statistics、Independent sample T test、ANOVA analysis、Pearson correlation analysis and Stepwise multiple regression analysis to do statistical analysis of the data valid questionnaires. The results of this study are as the following: 1.Pingtung County elementary school teachers in the case of positive discipline have good overall performance, especially in "positive caring encourage". 2.Pingtung County elementary school teachers in the case of teaching effectiveness have good overall performance, especially in "classroom management". 3.Pingtung County elementary school female teachers have better performance on the implementation of positive discipline, especially on "positive encouragement caring" and "friendly and supportive environment". 4.The administrative duties or class teachers' positive discipline "appropriate discipline norms" on the level of consciousness better than the subject teachers. 5.Teaching classes or general education degree colleges and universities to "Teachers, Normal or Normal (University), Institute (Institute 40 credits including classes) above" elementary school teachers teaching performance is better than "post-baccalaureate the process "teachers. 6.Pingtung County elementary school teachers in positive discipline situations as possible to help improving teaching effectiveness. 7.Pingtung County elementary school teachers on teaching effectiveness positive discipline has significant predictive power, which "stabilize mood management" level the most predictive power.
