The purpose of this study is to investigate the casual relationships among the environmental attitude, activity involvement and environmental behavior for water recreation activities participants. The sample frame is based on the participants of “2013 Xiao-men promotional Community, Siyu Township, Penghu County” and “ traditional ship experience program, Da’mu canoeing, holding Da’mu canoeing experience”. Convenience sampling was used to conduct the survey for this research; 434 questionnaires were distributed and 406 of them were returned. The valid response rate is around 93.5%. LISREL 8.8 is used to identify the variable relationship. The results of this study indicate that the water recreation activities participants' environmental attitude has a positive influence on activity involvement and environmental behavior, but there is no positive effect on activity involvement and environmental behavior. At last, based on the above findings to make a suggestion; hopefully, the results of this study can be reviewed as reference on promoting policy of water recreational activities to relevant government ministries and private recreational sports associations.
