Description
Summary:碩士 === 南開科技大學 === 福祉科技與服務管理所 === 102 === The statistics of National Health Agency found that women aged over 50 were easier to have chronic diseases than men. The probability of having major diseases for women aged over 65 was also rising. Health has become the most important matter cared by them. Taichung City’s research in 2011 showed that most of women aged over 55 went to senior learning centers (72.64%). The number of women joined in community activities was also higher than men. Studies have pointed out that participating community health promotion activities not only can help reducing psychological stress but also cultivating self-care ability. The purpose of the study is to understand the intention participating in community-based health promotion activities among the woman aged over 45. The study applied the planned behavior theory and increased the perceived playfulness to establish the research framework and explore the influential factors of intention participating in community health promotion activities among the woman aged over 45. Questionnaires were designed and distributed in Taichung City. 367 valid questionnaires were returned and analyzed by AMOS 18.0 for verification and analysis of goodness of fit. The results showed that participating attitude, perceived playfulness and subjective norms significantly affected the intention participating in community health promotion activities. The perceived playfulness was the most significant impact construct, followed by subjective norms. The perceived playfulness and subjective norms also significantly affected the attitude participating in community health promotion activities. The overall explanatory power of research model for choosing hospice care intention reached 85%, showing this model can effectively predict and explain the behavioral intention participating in community health promotion activities among the woman aged over 45.
