As stratified samples, 856 university teachers in Kaohsiung area were randomly selected. Each was given a uniform questionnaire. As a result, 556 valid questionnaires were retrieved. The valid retrieval rate amounts to 64.95%. According to the analysis and discussion upon this mentioned result, the conclusions were as follows: The status of teachers’ emotional labor in university were all above average. Among the five dimensions of emotional labor, “variety of expresse demotions” was predominated. The followings were “surface emotional control”, “the degree of interaction”, “basic emotional expression” and “deep emotions camouflage” . The status of job burnout for university teachers were close to the average. Among the three dimensions, the “emotional exhaustion” was predominated; the followings were “reduced personal accomplishment” and “depersonalization”. University teachers’ deep emotions camouflage of emotional labor could effectively predict the depersonalization of job burnout. Based on the research conclusions, the researcher provided some specific suggestions to the educational authorities, university teachers and future researchers for references. 劉廷揚 李昭蓉 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 88 zh-TW
