In addition, due to the wildly use of smart phones and tablet PCs, as well as the easy access of wireless online, the trend of mobile learning has been made. In other words, learners nowadays can learn anytime, anywhere and ubiquitous. The purpose of this study is to explore that if the mobile devices used for mobile learning and E-learning platform can actually provide convenient services. Hence, a service convenience scale for mobile learning was constructed and the factors that influence convenient services were compiled in this study. The study was conducted by qualitative research and then quantitative analysis. First, this study explores mobile leaning compositions and features through literature reviews, and interview outlines were constructed from the perspectives of service convenience. Then, by conducting qualitative research, specialists, academics and users were brought together in group interviews, interview data collection were compiled from their perspectives of technique, research and user experience. The qualitative data analysis software, MAXQDA, was adopted for proceeding the metadata encoding, grouping and constructing questions. Lastly, through the test of quantitative analysis, the reliability and validity of the scale are fully verified. The results show that the five dimensions extracted from 26 service convenience items, the five dimensions are named “Real-Time Learning”, “Platform Availability”, “Ease of Use”, “Platform Compatibility” and “Support”, which are the critical factors that affect mobile learning service convenience. Finally, it is hoped that, through the results of this research, mobile learning managers can examine the research scale in order to understand more about the advantages of mobile devices and make the most of the devices; meanwhile, they will be able to eliminate the limitation of hardware. Furthermore, mobile learning managers can provide solutions to those that impact service convenience while developing the e-learning platform. By doing so, the better mobile learning services will be provided to the learners; therefore their willingness to adopt mobile learning will be promoted. 薛昭義 博士 薛榮棠 博士 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 111 zh-TW |
