Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 教育學系 === 102 === A study of the relationship among Human Rights Environment Indicators perception﹐Human Rights Education Literacy and Disciplinary Behavior for Junior High School Teachers in Kaohsiung City Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the junior high school teachers’ human rights environment indicators perception, human rights education literacy and their disciplinary behaviors in Kaohsiung City, analysis of these factors differ within the environmental and background variables This study used questionnaires to cllect data,the target population was junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung City, and 626 valid questionnaires in total were obtained. According to the answers given by the respondents, data were analyzed via SPSS 12.0 for Windows in statistical software in t-test, one-way ANOVA, Multiple Stepwise Regression and Pearson product-moment correlation Analysis. According to the results of analyses, conclusions are drawn as follows: 1.Junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung environmental indicators for human rights, human rights education level of literacy and parenting behaviors belong to the high degree of consciousness. 2.Gender, age, educational background, seniority,job in the human rights environment indicators perceived overall reaction, did not reach a significant difference; overall human rights environment indicators Status perceived school size, junior high school teachers school district's overall reaction, a significant difference. 3.Gender, age, educational background, job, school size, school district's junior high school teachers in human rights education attainment overall reaction, did not reach a significant difference; junior high school teachers of different teaching years human rights education attainment overall response, a significant difference. 4.Gender, ages, educational background, seniority, size of the school, junior high school teachers in the school district to discipline the behavior of the overall reaction, did not reach a significant difference; different positions of junior high school teachers in disciplining behavior overall response, a significant difference. 5.Junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung perceived environmental indicators of human rights, human rights, literacy and parenting education showed a significant positive correlation between the behavior of the three. 6.Junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung perceived environmental indicators of human rights, human rights education attainment predict the behavior of the discipline. The study proposes each individual advice according to the research findings and conclusion so that it provides as a reference to educational administration institutions, schools, teachers and future researches.
