| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 102 === The purpose of this study was to analyze the personal background of unemployed workers who participated in vocational training program,
the work status comparison of before versus after training education, and the satisfaction level of the programs. According to research from Southern District Vocational Training Center(outsourcing service to CDPDA, NKNU, and LCCNET), a total of 217 valid random sample and 15 participants conducted an in-depth interview. The result indicates trainees are given a positive evaluation of learning program in vocational education.
Based on the analysis and give several recommendations regarding the implementation of course structures and practical exercises which can contribute the participant's professional competence and the diversity of employment opportunity.
Hence, the vocational training program should adjust course contents periodically based on the future direction and trend in industrial and labor market. By offering the regular career counseling, advanced skill-based classes and internship opportunities, it will help to close the gap between a real working environment and strengthen self social skills.
