In order to maintain their sustainable business development, business operators have taken turns to go into the operation of internet trade so that the online transaction has become the most important strategy of product and service promotions and trading. However, the characteristics of online transaction are quite distinguished from traditional business transaction. As a result, more related legal issues are also coming along with. At present, emerging commerce types of online group-buying, B2C and C2B, are no exceptions, have caused a variety of consumer disputes all the same. This study stated that to investigate on the consumption relationship among the deals of online group-buying, first of all, the legal relationship among the operators of website, online shopping stores, and consumers should be clearly declared so as to understand who the contracting parties are, what the legal rights and obligations the party possesses, and affiliated issues about the legal characters of the tickets and certificates that consumers use, etc. Secondly, the chapter four of this study aimed to process further discussions on the legal issues on the specialties of the contract formation and effect components, such as the offer and acceptance and the condidtions that are attached to legal acts concerning to the online group-buying, and also include website advertisements to the effect of contract. Furthermore, the chapter five illustrated the validity and determination of the standard form contracts of the online transactions, application, and effect to standard form contracts, which are anticipated to investigate and examine the effect of the standard form contracts and terms adopted by the websites of group-buying dealers, and subsequently it interpreted the application of unconditional right of rescinding contract to the Online Group-Buying Contracts. Lastly, based on the discovery of the study, it is anticipated to form conclusions and suggestions to help the electronic business operators and consumers to know the legal risks they are facing, enabling the administration and authority to take them as references of amending statutes and then strengthening transation safety.
