Let the outer diameter of the fixed stator and controlled slot fill factor below 75% and let the power frequency from 100Hz to 1000Hz, then to explore it effects at different stator winding turns and diameter for Stator current, output power, torque, efficiency and losses and taking into account temperature, let it control at the range of temperature to ensure that the production of the spindle have no problem with overheating and cooling can take this to choice. This study will explore the impact of the number of turns and diameter. Easy to understand how to match different outer diameter of the stator turns to reach the needs of efficiency, output power and torque, then Use Excel to generate database and designed search page to quickly find the desired spindle and performance indicators. On the application can choose to do it more efficiently for Widely used high-speed spindle.
