Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 機械與自動化工程研究所 === 102 === The aim of this research is to study the micromotion of the Zimmer implant system. First, the uniform experimental design is used to plan experiments with multiple factors and multiple levels. The explicit dynamic finite element analysis tool ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to analyze the micromotion of dental implant for each experiment. Kriging interpolation is applied to construct the surrogate models between the input and output relations. Employing genetic algorithm and Excel programming method, the optimal values of the Zimmer implant system can obtained with the global system and the various densities of cancellous bone.
