The remote manufacturing systems mean that the manufacturing systems of factories locate at other locations and countries. Due to the restriction of distances, it''s not easy to obtain latest news and give orders or information appropriately, so it''s important to carry out the monitoring of remote manufacturing systems. As the cloud networking technology, the ICT and mobile devices highly develops, manufacturing have to be integrated with these technology to promote competitive strength in order to transmit and control the information toward remote monitoring systems instantly only via mobile devices through internet. So we could promote efficiency of information, competitive strength of industries even the unknown added value. This study uses the cloud computing as main communication media and set the robot manipulator as the controlling object of manufacturing systems. Divided into two parts, the one part is the internal communications, the host combining embedded adapter with Bluetooth providing the judgment to PLC controller. The two parts is the external communications have smart mobile devices be the cloud monitoring manner by cloud programming software between cloud and host, containing the password system and immediate image feedback. Research results show that the integration of smart mobile devices and cloud networks. By functional operation inside and immediate image feedback, the study of cloud manufacturing technology is feasible.
