Once the change gets stronger, grinding wheel will decrease the ability of grinding; some more, it takes a great affect on the quality of our workpiece.In order to recover the ability of grinding, wheel must be dressed. It can be predict the suitable time to dressed the wheel by knowing the whole process of the grinding. This research is discussed about the period of dressing time after dressing. To obtain the force combined from the tangential and the normal. Comparing the verity force we obtained from grinding of the surface roughness of workpiece, to knowing the variation of the grinding. It can also find the correlation of the combination of working parameter and the removal volume by the trend. After analysis the force ratio obtained by combined force and the surface roughness of work piece in after-grinding, it can also know the change from the trend of the grinding and surface roughness, the importance of the equivalent chip thickness by observing the equivalent chip thickness, equivalent dressing percentage and removal volume.
