Through the union to negotiate the collective agreement with capital, the labor condition can get the chance to improve. The union is an individual unit of company organization and the main members are the employee of company, too. While under negotiation between labor and capital, the organization culture will influence the negotiation strategy of both sides. Therefore, the study is to research the difference vehicle manufacture company of difference negotiation strategy choosing between labor and capital. After study and found, the basic negotiation strategy was changed from against relationship to partner relationship and improved the serious dispute situation during the pass time. Scott, S. C.
