In generally, there are two mainly type of silencer, the partition and metal-net, and both of that can reduce noise effectively.   The study takes research as partition-type silencer, build the internal structure model and simulate the airstream motion by the Hydromechanics program as FLUENT. Then acquire the reasonable and reliable muzzle noise data to establish the effective simulation mode with experiment structure exam and build effectively simulate model to reduce the Try& Error period of R&D task.   The result, optimal design by numerical simulation analysis of structure of silencer, is ability not only the reasonably predicted the blast and noise effect but the evaluation of different silencer structure. As the study conclusion, while simulating by the Numerical Simulation, the S3 silencer got lower peak-noise and the frequency located the low and medium zone which be the insensitive zone of the ear of human being.
