More and more people join the ranks of group buying in recent years.It has shown the potential of group buying. Most group buying offers a wide range of benefits. Buyers are confused on finding the goods or services they intend to get and sellers are also difficult to focus on target group. The research improved existing model of group buying,which has trust-based in group buying and Group Leaders can invite friends to buy their favorite goods.In tradition sellers always provide contracted goods consumers select the products passively, they can&;apos;&;apos;t choose what they need.This research started with the motivation and purpose,analyzing existing market and relating literature of research to establish operational and profitable group buying mode and develop a new type of group buying.Through needs analysis designed to meet the basic needs of the group buying and build up the usage patterns of the entire system, and testing the stability and function is perfect. In the past,Group buying mode was bargaining between companies a sellers and buyer could get preferential price, However,consumers may not be able to buy what they want,with the innovative concepts,everyone can be a boss if you can get special offers and sharing to friends on a precondition of trust-based.
