At the main control end of PC it integrates all platform info, exception processing so as to make the platform work of the industry transparent to the user. And the user can then connect to MySQL database via Smart Handheld device or PHP dynamic webpage. This allows the user with an instantaneous query capability to survey the current statuses for all platforms as well as product info so as to raise the production capacity and work efficiency. The functions proposed in this research aims to have the transparency for the machine platform status of screw factory as well as its production capacity. And through the cloud info database, it can facilitate user query, manage current production capacity control as well as all platforms operation statuses. From the experimental findings, they reveal that this can cut down the time expense and risk of numerical transcription error resulted from massive records. In addition it can also alter machine utilization rate and platform production mobilization rate through the availability of instantaneous data. Other than these, it can also increase the safety for personnel and the location, cut down the chance of accident from inspection as well as raise the level of industry upgrade.
