Because APS system can solve the production plan issues that EPR system cannot handle. APS system can make a full-scale schedule for production plan , and make efficient communication between manufacture factories in different places. Furthermore , it can provide industries reliable advices to satisfy customers, and to face the competitive market. The example for this research was done by operation in excel to make production plans. But excel cannot operate properly to make efficient production schedule plans and figure out reliable delivery dates because of the tremendous volume of data. For improving above issues , the example factory already bought an advanced schedule plan system to enable the data transmission between the two systems. The combination of EPR and advanced schedule plan system can provide operators correct data to schedule production plan and simulate different situations for replying delivery dates in time and scheduling better qualitative production plan. This research was based on the combination of EPR and APS system to improve production schedule plan and operation procedure. Furthermore, the combination system can provide industries strategies and advices to handle all situations by analyzing and verifying the come-out data.
