With the Government National Development Plan , the emphasis on promoting digital learning policy and through the Internet , interactive learning process digitization system that allows students to understand their personal career must focus on learning programs and understand their own career development direction , whether it can be more objective , to enhance workplace motivation employment related functions , and thus become a key factor to enter the job market ? present study is based on the successful model of the information system to explore e-learning course on the use and application of the system if there is to achieve learning those secondary effects , and through e-learning course to learn the system itself to learn more skills and professional capacity, and whether there can be a positive for the future of the inaugural auxiliary capacity planning , increase employment force .
