Therefore, improvement of agents survivability is a problem to be faced by the insurance company. We study the determinate of the agents survivability, as the reference that company can cost down re-recruitment, selection and training costs for salesman. In this study, OLS and quantile regression are applied to discuss survivability factor for new agents in Kaohsiung area from April 1999 to March 2011.
