Especially, school library provides multiple resources and services to help students to get the information they need through the Internet at anytime and anywhere. In the pre-Internet era, libraries of higher education played an important role in teaching, learning and conducting research. With the emergence of the Internet, library can provide more versatile and valuable materials, including multimedia, than ever to service students to broaden their knowledge and wisdom. Students can easily find useful information to solve their problems at their very convenience with the shortest time. Even though the modern information technology and other social factors may impact the operations of library, the Internet aided library still has great influences on students’ usage and self-study. The study is aiming at exploring the impacts of library websites to college students’ learning and library usages in terms of system quality, information quality, service quality, and self-study of satisfaction. The empirical study was employed to find the relationships among the factors. 287 respondents were randomly selected for the designed questionnaire. The technique of structural equation modeling was used to test the research hypotheses. Based on the analytical results, the most significant factor in influencing students to use school library website is the self-directed learning. The higher the self-directed learning, the more satisfaction of using school library. The conventional factors of system quality, information quality, service quality of library systems also impact student satisfaction in using school library websites.
