Abstract
The study focuses on performance of conversation in primary textbooks and discuss with performance of inducement. This essay is divided into 5 chapters; the first chapter is introduction which explains motivation, objective, the definition and style of performance of inducement as well as fixes objects of the study. The chapter two studied forms regarding performance of inducement; performance of inducement aim at its concatenate structure divided into three parts regarding examples (a) begging of conversation on inducement (b) main body of conversation on inducement (c) the ending of conversation on inducement. The third chapter started with eight kinds of structure on daily conversation of inducement analyzed from common Japanese learning textbooks. The result comes out that the pattern of conversation on inducement “inducement- acceptance” is most frequently used. The chapter 4 begging with viewpoint of Japanese-learning education talks about currently frequently used textbook and activities in Taiwan. Furthermore, take advantages of the results from questionnaire whose options were misused; then make some instruction and personal Japanese educational opinion to be directly against the misusing. The final chapter is about the conclusion of this thesis.
The writer discover that although the Japanese learners know that people living in Japan are cared about the relationship but they are not aware of that the Japanese tent to do inviting indirectly because of the Japanese also take considerate into whether they are so direct that make the invited recipients feel uncomfortable. On the other side, when they need to make rejection, they incline to do it indirect as well; and those patterns are more unfamiliar to the Japanese learner. Most of circumstances mentioned above are seldom emphasized by the primary textbooks. This study suggests that every stage of
Japanese education should more emphasize customary of usage, to do so could make the Japanese learner make a conversation more accurately.
To look forward the study could help those professors while teach conversation especially aspect of inducement.
