The main approach is to spread information about goods from a seller (an APP client) to vicinity buyers (other APP clients) who was interested through a star network broadcasting to spread the auction information. Due to the current market auction sites are all part of a passive way, only to send or consumers active network search advertising, be possible to achieve the purpose of the transaction. Sellers can not actively inform the auction information to the potential buyers. The proposed system can assist buyers and sellers of matchmaking, product information will be proactively notified to potential consumers. Goods can be screened in accordance with the interests of consumers for achieving the purpose of matchmaking between buyers and sellers. If compared to match merchandise, the system will notify the buyer by sending a message, which can effectively enhance the probability of turnover. The proposed APP also provides digital cash flow as the prepaid transactions. System uses the "Blockchain" wallet as a third-party online payment tool. To enhance the sense of trust, buyers must make a prepayment to a third party account first. In addition, the system also integrates the GoogleMap for location-based service, sellers can confirm that the product's information is transmitted to the auction map on the buyer's mobile device nearby. Moreover, sellers and buyers can find each other by GoogleMap location and path planning. The proposed APP integrates the Restful and Apache as the HTTP protocols, and accesses MYSQL database for saving cloud data and classifying various diseases. In addition to the application of the auction, the proposed matchmaking system is also well suited for the course selecting. The crews can provide course demand indicators for system to conduct courses matchmaking. Finally. system informs the results for the crew with the course information, according to satellite positioning program, system can make a targeting map and plan the path as a traffic guidance for students.
