People use mobile internet query information has been very popular. There are many specialized APPs for patients to view information from hospitals. However, there are only a few graphical registered APPs given the use for patients on the market. This thesis presents an interactive hospital registration system platform on cloud and its smart phone APP (Application) software. According to different symptoms, the proposed system allows patients to graphically complete the network registration with a simple and progressive process. A disease classification flow is also designed by a series of step process for selecting the correct registration divisions. In addition to time saving, the proposed registration system provides the following functions: automatic patient identification data filling, phone text carbon copy sending for family members, hospital searching and automatic path planning on Google Map for choosing hospitals or ship repair plants nearby. Moreover, the nature operations of this system are also suited to the troubleshooting for engine room breakdown of ships. Therefore, this thesis implements the APP of the troubleshooting in marine engineering. The proposed APP integrates the Restful and Apache as the HTTP protocols and accesses MYSQL database for saving cloud data and classifying various diseases.
