| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄海洋科技大學 === 漁業生產與管理研究所 === 102 === Fish boats inspection is one of the main duties of Coast Guard Administration. On July 1, 2012. Coast Guard Administration implements the 「Speedy fish ports inspection」service to replace the 「All fish boats inspection 」. The inspections of fish boats are conducted by the evaluations of coast guards. To offer fishermen the convenient service and needs , ensure the safety of our country are the goals of the「Speedy fish ports inspection」policy.
The study was aimed at fishermen, including 7 fish ports of Kaohsiung Harbor ,which are supervised by 3 inspection stations of Coast Guard South Patrol Bureau. The questionnaire is based on the 5 aspects of P.Z.B service quality module and the contents of the questionnaire combine the academic documents, fishermen's suggestions, specialists' opinions and the particularity of 「Speedy fish ports inspection」policy. Out of the total 230 questionnaires distributed, 198 copies are valid returned during Oct. to Nov.2013. 「Statistica」was applied to analysis the reliability and validity, and applies「paired-t test」and 「IPA」 to analysis the data. The assumptions of this research indicates 4 aspects are partial significant difference, 2 aspects sustain . In 「IPA」analysis , there are 6 items in the 「Immediately Improved Zone 」. According to the results , 3 recommendations are given to the Coast Guard Administration to be the consultations to improve 「Speedy fish ports inspection」 service, and make the new policy more beneficial to the fishermen and also ensure the safety of our oceanic boundary.
