In the past, in order to assist students of special conditions with thier learning, various learning institutes of special education are often set up independently in response. Recently, however, appeals begin to arise in society, calling for the return of as many appropriate special education students as possible back to normal education to prevent problems like labeling and social barriers. But, in fact, while those students return to normal education, related problems are not solved simply by leading them back to general education.
