Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立宜蘭大學 === 機械與機電工程學系碩士班 === 102 === Due to the increase of environmental awareness, countries around the world are considering reducing pollution and energy consumption as an important reference index for industrial development. Using the inverter to save energy is one of the most direct and effective method of energy saving control. In recent years, with the development of power electronics technology, microelectronic technology and control theory, the performance of the inverter is continuously improving. In actual installation cases, various industrial have been quite common. Applications of this range are more commonly used. This research categorize the common market sensorless control principles and practical application of the inverter in hydraulic systems. We want to improve the pressure holding process in the traditional fixed-frequency hydraulic system (induction motor + pump), the motor continues to run at a fixed speed, resulting in an overall energy consumption of the hydraulic system. Changing it to the variable frequency hydraulic system (synchronous motor + pump + inverter), the control method is done through a pressure transmitter to feedback the pressure data, and uses the inverter to control the motor speed so that in the pressure holding process the motor can be operated at minimum speed. This is in order to save unnecessary energy consumption, and through the experimental results, we can verify energy saving effects with the variable frequency hydraulic system.
