This thesis has explored the effective capacity of 0.9 m3 roof tanks, that enough to supply a family of five with 1.2 daily water consumption, therefore the area’s roof tanks has combined with the communication system, that highest efficiency of water distribution stability can be achieved 4.8 times the reservoir. The outflow and inflow tap water velocity is low in roof tanks have poor mixing and circulation, coupled with excessive detention time (long water age) that produce deterioration of the quality of the water in roof tanks. This thesis has completed the domestic water research and implement method, just wait for the combination between the area’s roof tanks and water company through the communication system to build a truly and completely wisdom pressure management network, then considerable economic benefits can be achieved.
