This paper is to investigate what factors will attract international tourists to Taiwan again to revisit, as well as the contribution of consumption after its propensity to revisit. In this paper, we employ Annual Survey of Visitors Expenditure and Trends in Taiwan during the period of 2000 to 2012 year for the sample data. We use binary choice model initially calculated its determinants and adopt two-stage least square model to determine the probability value of the endogenization revisit calculating the contribution of consumption propensity to revisit after. The empirical results show that Consumption Levels, Travel Safety, Recreational Facilities, Local Specialties and Convenient Transportation is significantly positive, which means that these factors make international tourists visit Taiwan again interested. The results of different nationalities, the Japanese and Korean speaking Consumption Levels, Travel Safety and Recreational Facilities revisiting as the main factors; for China Consumption Levels, Recreational Facilities, Local Specialties and Convenient Transportation is the most important; it Consumption Levels in Europe and America is on is the main factor. On the contribution of consumption, the study shows that travelers are revisiting the contribution of consumption is much lower than the first international visitors to Taiwan, apparently to attract international tourists to Taiwan aside, how to stimulate consumption contributed travelers, is well worth the effort to promote tourism policy target.
