All project plans must undergo a series of regulated procedures, and implementations are subject to onsite inspections to ensure that they conform to the Soil and Water Conservation Act, Enforcement Rules of Soil and Water Conservation Act, and Guidelines for Soil and Water Conservation Plan Approval and Supervision . We analyzed the inspections of soil and water conservation plan conducted by local government over the past two years. After categorizing frequently occurring problems, we combined relevant map data with the analyzed factors and imported them into ESRI ArcGIS to construct relevant secondary attributes and produce systematic treatment projects through process normalization. Using ArcGIS geostatistical analysis, we identified key problem areas for improvement and review.
