碩士 === 南華大學 === 生死學系 === 102 === 　　This paper is a narrative-oriented mining "qualitative research" mainly to the "story" approach, showing a woman emotionally rich and varied landscape; This study attempted to investigate a frustrated woman's own marital life story to be explored, deconstructed, re-interpretation of the impact of her life experiences and understanding; Through self narrative of ways to make yourself get clarification cognitive, emotional and self-soothe, and thus further self-healing; And try to invite yourself, encourage yourself to look at their unwillingness to face the marriage, whether on their own attitude has been to mask to face marriage will be transformed life in an attempt to find their own export and answers. 　 　　The author's life experiences through writing and narrative, to see the suffering and pain of life, and understand that there is no self-self-esteem comes from the heart when the native-born families, deeply affecting the impact of key events in the life of every stage of their life arising degree, and finally forbear in mask marriage in loss of self in the world, rediscover themselves, regain self-confidence, self-back and re-experience life, to eventually remove the mask, beyond self-esteem, life can be transformed and rebuild a new life. 　 　　The results also found that the strength and vitality of Taiwan women for marriage, for the children, would rather sacrifice their own hidden self, a great contribution to the family, the community quietly pay. This is a dark corner, it is the same phenomenon Cape Taiwanese society, but also the social support system is nowadays neglected group? I personally experienced and brave own experiences, to have had the same experience with the author and those who have not yet come out, this paper hopes to provide a similar experience for many people, a positive support force, the pain will be over, life will better.Only honest with themselves, can no longer care about the pros and cons of face, to see the true self; saw the true self in order to feel the heart of life, to experience life and create a more meaningful life.
