The objects are members of ball team in Elementary School and Junior High School in Chiayi City. The investigation with coaches’ leadership behavior scale, team cohesiveness scale, flow experience scale and athletics’ satisfaction scale as instrument. In this study, statistical software to analyze the survey results and to test the model with a linear structure moderately.   Validation results show that the overall model fit the standard level of certification, which means that the theoretical model of this research available to support coaches' leadership behavior, in addition to the satisfaction of team cohesiveness effect is not significant, there are significant positive impact on flow experience to athletics' satisfaction, flow experience in coaches' leadership behavior between the athletics' satisfaction with a partial mediating effect and flow experience in team cohesiveness between the athletics' satisfaction with a partial mediating effect.
