| Summary: | 碩士 === 南華大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 102 === This study investigated the effectiveness of traffic safety lectures by examining drivers that attended such lectures after violating road traffic regulations between 2007 and 2011 in 7 districts of the Tainan Administrative Region (i.e., the Houbi, Baihe, Dongshan, Sinying, Yanshui, Liuying, and Liujia Districts), a region under the jurisdiction of the Sinying Station, Chiayi Motor Vehicles Office. Statistical analyses comprising the p test, x2 test, contingency table analysis, and odds ratio were conducted to assess the effectiveness of the lectures. The results can serve as a reference for highway supervisory authorities to review and improve their services, thereby enhancing service performance and preventing the waste of resources.
