Description
Summary:碩士 === 南華大學 === 應用社會學系社會學碩士班 === 102 === This study was trying to investigate elementary school teacher's practice strategy on the professional learning community policies launched by the Ministry of Education. By compared two different elementary schools based on their social conditions, and to differentiate their different approaches to the professional learning mode initiated by the Ministry of Education. To achieve such purpose, this study used comparative research method and case study, through qualitative analysis; and used observation method and group interview and data analysis for data collection and analysis. This study has the following findings: The Ministry of Education's policies on professional learning community help elementary school teachers to study cooperatively and effectively, and teachers are more willing to participate in the professional learning community, other than through the more or less superficial teacher professional evaluation. Finally, elementary school teacher's practice strategies can be divided into four forms, and school teachers who scored higher in the evaluation and who succeed in the professional learning community do not relate to student learning effectiveness.
