For more than 60 years, there are more differences among political system, culture of education, and social environment between Taiwan and China. In the recent years, China take the open policy that affects the trend of culture, the advancement of science and technology. The equality of similar international background for college students of Taiwan and China is what we try to understand.     My research explores on the equality of differences and correlations for college students of Taiwan and China. We adopt literature analysis for questionnaire design and use questionnaire investigation for the collected quantitative data, which includes race, religious, gender, language, color, class, party, nationality, blocked type, and foothold. Furthermore, foothold equal is subdivided into four sides, including education opportunity , employment opportunity, employment promotion opportunity, and medical opportunity. We define these equalities and design the problems in order to know whether or not there is any differences between Taiwan college students and China college students.   We make questionnaire and pick snowball conducted survey for samples of Taiwanese college students and college students of Mainland China, Beijing area. The questionnaire is applied for Chinese students in Beijing area in March 2013 and for Taiwan college students from February to April 2013. Survey of 500 copies in China are recovered 450; Survey of 600 copies in Taiwan are recovered 556. The total recovery copies of 1006 and recovery rate of 91.45%. After questionnaires collection, we sort ID number in Excel file and separately calculate the frequency distribution, percentage, and Chi-square test. According to these tests, we analyze and compare the differences between Taiwanese college students and Mainland Chinese students.     The findings are shown below: 1. College students of Taiwan and Mainland China agree with equal rights. 2. Taiwanese students have more party equalities than Mainland Chinese students. 3. The need of equality to Taiwanese students are more than Mainland Chinese students.
